I’m Meshach (pronounced mee-shaq).
I started About This Much in 2017 after realizing how directly food affected my performance, recovery, and overall health. As a martial artist and athlete, I needed food that supported my body (not worked against it) which led me deep into nutrition research and anti-inflammatory cooking.
What began as personal experimentation turned into a system I could actually stick to: simple ingredients, repeatable meals, and fewer decisions. Over the years, I’ve distilled thousands of hours of reading, testing, and cooking into grocery lists and cookbooks designed to make healthy eating feel realistic (not restrictive).
You won’t find perfection or food rules here. Just practical structure that helps you cook more consistently and feel better doing it.
