Closes end of June.

You want to eat well. You know what good food looks like. But somewhere between Sunday intentions and Wednesday reality, it falls apart.

You buy vegetables that wilt before you use them. You buy herbs for one recipe and throw out the rest. You prep on Sunday with good intentions and by Thursday you are ordering takeout because you are tired of eating the same thing or you just ran out of ideas.

It is not a discipline problem. It is a system problem.

Most healthy eating advice gives you recipes. Recipes are not the issue. The issue is having a structure that makes good food the path of least resistance on a Tuesday night when you are tired and do not want to think.

That is what this is built for.

Here is something worth knowing before your next grocery trip.

That flavorless strawberry you bought in January was not a bad strawberry. It was picked before it was ready, shipped across the country, and ripened in a warehouse. The strawberry you get in May from almost any decent grocery store is a completely different thing. Sweeter, more nutritious, and cheaper.

Eating with the season is not a wellness trend. It is just common sense that got buried under a lot of marketing.

Spring produce is at peak right now. Asparagus. Broccolini. Leeks. Fresh herbs. Beets. Early strawberries on the way. These ingredients are ready, flavorful, and more affordable than they will be at any other point in the year.

The Seasonal Reset is built around this. Not around restriction. Not around tracking. Around eating what is actually good right now and having a repeatable system to make it work every week.

    • This is not a meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat every day with no flexibility.
    • This is not a diet program with a list of foods you cannot have.
    • This is not a calorie counting or macro tracking system.
    • This is not a detox, a cleanse, or a reset that requires you to give up everything you enjoy.
    • And it is not just a recipe book.

It is a system. One that teaches you a repeatable framework for eating well so that by the end of spring you can run your own version of it without looking at the guide.

The Spring Prep Guide

Why this season matters, what is actually ready right now, how to shop for it, and how the whole system works. The philosophy behind eating seasonally and why it produces better food at a lower cost.

The 90-Minute Prep Map

A step by step kitchen session that tells you exactly what goes in the oven first, what you make while you wait, and how to store everything so it lasts the week. Built so that even if you have never done a prep session before you can follow it without getting lost.

11 Recipes Designed as Components

Not isolated meals. Components that mix and match into about 15 meals from one prep session. Two proteins, two roasted vegetable trays, a grain base, a soup, a dressing that ties everything together, two drinks, and a breakfast section with two variations.

The 5-Day Meal Map

Exactly what to eat each day so you are not making decisions all week. Monday through Friday mapped out with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

The Herb Usage Map

Every herb you buy has a job across multiple recipes that week. Nothing wilts in the back of the fridge. This one page alone saves most people $10 to $15 a week in wasted produce.

The Spring Grocery Framework

A complete shopping list built around what is in season right now, organized by category, with quantities for one to two people and notes on where to buy in bulk to reduce cost.

Storage Guide

How long each component lasts, what container works best, what you can freeze, and what is best made fresh. Includes a note on glass versus plastic and why it matters.

Grocery Label Guide

What to look for on a label, what to avoid, and what common healthy marketing terms actually mean. Short, practical, no jargon.

Weekly Checklist

A one page reference to pull out every Saturday morning. Check your fridge, confirm your pantry, plan your Sunday session. Makes the whole system feel like a ritual rather than a chore.

Snack Framework

No recipes needed. A simple pairing logic for snacks that keep you full between meals using seasonal whole foods. Snap peas with lemon tahini. Fresh strawberries with almond butter. Walnuts, seeds, and dates. One fruit, one fat source, done.

Private Video Walkthrough

Me in the kitchen walking through the full 90-minute prep session in real time. Every step explained simply. Built for someone with limited kitchen experience who wants to see exactly how this works before trying it themselves.

Vegan Swaps Throughout

Every protein in the system has a plant based alternative. The frittata becomes a chickpea scramble. The salmon becomes white bean and herb patties. The system works exactly the same way regardless of how you eat.

May Bonus Recipe

When strawberries hit peak season in May, founding members get a bonus recipe delivered directly to their inbox. A seasonal add-on that makes the product feel alive throughout the full spring window.

This system costs about $5 per meal in ingredients.

A salmon bowl or vegan swap at any restaurant near me runs $16 to $22. Same quality, same ingredients, a fraction of the price. Let's not even talk about delivery fees and tip. That quickly turns into $30 for 1 meal (maybe with some left overs).

This system produces about 15 meals from one shopping trip and one 90-minute prep session.

You are not eating cheap. You are eating well without overpaying for it.

"The goal was never to eat less. It was always to eat better. Those are not the same thing"

I built this because I kept running into the same problem.

I would start the week with good intentions, buy a bunch of fresh produce, and by Thursday half of it was still in my fridge untouched. Not because I did not want to cook. Because I did not have a system that made it easy when life got in the way.

The Seasonal Reset is what I actually do. One prep session on Sunday using what is in season right now. Components that combine into different meals all week. A dressing that lives in my fridge and makes everything taste good in two minutes.

It is not perfect eating. It is practical eating. And the difference between the two is whether you can actually stick with it.

This is the first season. I am building this out for summer, fall, and winter too. Each one uses the same framework with different ingredients and new recipes built around what is ready that season.

If you want to eat better this spring without overhauling your life, this is where to start.

F.A.Q.

Do I need cooking experience?

No. The video walkthrough assumes you are starting from scratch. If you can turn on an oven you can follow this.

Is this only for one person?

The quantities are written for one to two people. Double everything for a family of four.

What if I am vegan or plant based?

Every protein has a vegan swap built in. The system works exactly the same way.

How do I access everything after I buy?

You will receive an email immediately after purchase with links to the PDF guide and the private video walkthrough. Everything is digital, nothing ships.

Do I lose access after June?

No. Once you buy it is yours forever. The founding edition closes to new buyers at the end of June but your access does not expire.

What if it does not work for me?

If you go through the system and feel like it did not deliver what was promised, reach out within 30 days and I will make it right. I would rather refund you than have you feel like they wasted their money. Keep everything else!
